4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7hhbd supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods to make funding your account simple and fast. All financial transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7hhbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms, which will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. General rules applicable to all bonuses include the following.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus one time only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

7hhbd offers sports betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, and international T20 events), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports, as well as live casino games and slots. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. 7hhbd accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error.
• All betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed, 7hhbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settled bets will follow 7hhbd's official event rules, which are published in the Help section and available from customer support. Cricket matches affected by weather in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) will follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules where applicable.

• Any disruption to our services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment gateway failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions by a third party, provided that 7hhbd has fulfilled its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

10. Termination of Account

7hhbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of the games. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. 11. Governing Law & Disputes
